Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Manager in all aspect of responsibilities including but not limited to,
    • Oversight of the daily operation of the project
    • Direct liaison with the owner’s on site representatives
    • Implement the priorities set forth by the Project Manager
    • Daily monitoring of the progress of work for both the GC and the subcontractors
    • Scheduling and planning of the work
    • Participation in the cost analysis and forecasting
    • Submittals and Subcontractor payments
    • RFI, Owner/Sub Correspondence, AWO, issues, meeting minutes, etc…. and log maintenance
    • Project Scheduling
    • Progress meeting attendance with owner

Competencies:

  • Computer knowledge musts: Windows, Primavera P6, Cost Control System
  • Computer knowledge pluses: AutoCAD, HCSS
