Employee Resource Groups

Our Women in Construction Initiative at Iovino Enterprises is to ensure that we make space for a growing number of Women in Construction. While women make up only 10.3% of the construction workforce, the 1.1 million women employed in construction continue to gain ground every year, according to the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Our goal is to network, educate, empower, build a community and enhance our skill set.
