Signal Systems: Solid State Interlocking (SSI) & Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC)

TCE provides design, engineering and installation services for train control signaling systems. We are highly experienced in delivering the latest signaling systems, including CBTC (Computer Based Train Control) in active train environments.  We replace old mechanical relay-based systems with new solid-state interlocking systems.

TCE has completed several of MTA-NYCT’s largest CBTC-readiness projects. TCE has worked with large signal suppliers on major core capacity improvement projects.
